Head Quarters has been serving customers from its Greenville location since 1980, and was recently voted "Best in the Upstate." We've expanded our business to include an array of spa services. To make sure that you (and everyone else) have a thoroughly rewarding experience, we ask that you please recognize the following policies.

SERVICES
• Although we offer pre-planned spa packages for your convenience, you're welcome to combine any of our spa and salon services for a custom package that meets your needs.

• Please notify the spa coordinator of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.

• Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. And remember, all "allowances" are merely estimates for the total time you may expect to be in our spa, and may vary depending on scheduling.

• Robes and slippers are provided for guests receiving spa services. Beverages and healthy snacks are also available in the relaxation area.

• A credit card is required to hold all appointments and a 48-hour cancellation notice is necessary or we reserve the right to charge 100% of the package cost.

PAYMENT
• We strive to offer excellent services at competitive prices. However, all prices are subject to change.

• For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, Visa®, and MasterCard®.

• Though not expected, gratuities are graciously accepted. Please keep tips separate from service payments. Gratuities must be given to the service provider in the form of cash.

• Gift certificates are non refundable and may be used for services or products of your choice. Gift certificates are valid for one year from date of purchase.

GENERAL
• For the comfort of our guests, we request that your children do not accompany you to Head Quarters Salon
and Day Spa.
• Hair, skin and body care products are available in our retail center located in the reception area.
